Artwork/Files/Documents:

• Customers are responsible for their artwork/files/documents
• If artwork/files/documents required layout, customers are entitled to 2 changes. Subsequent changes are subjected to an additional of $10.00
• For customers require colour proof is subjected to an additional surcharge
• Please ensure that all artwork are at least 300 DPI
• Margin size of at least 3mm bleed on all sides
• Orange Print reserve the rights to reject any Artwork/Files/Document not suitable for print

Turnaround:

• Delivery lead time is around 3-5 working days unless specify
• Customers opted for "Express" will receive their print within 1-2 working days (NA for all product)
• Turn around lead time based on working days excluding, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays

Payment:

• All payment are in Singapore dollars (S$) and inclusive of 7% GST
• Payment modes are IBank Transfer or Paynow (refer here for payment info)
• All payment must be made within 24 hours upon placing of order
• Orders will be confirmed with an invoice after confirmation of payment
