Operating Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm

Artwork/Files/Documents:

Customers are responsible for their artwork/files/documents

If artwork/files/documents required layout, customers are entitled to 2 changes. Subsequent changes are subjected to an additional of $10.00

For customers require colour proof is subjected to an additional surcharge

Please ensure that all artwork are at least 300 DPI

Margin size of at least 3mm bleed on all sides

Orange Print reserve the rights to reject any Artwork/Files/Document not suitable for print

Turnaround:

Delivery lead time is around 3-5 working days unless specify

Customers opted for "Express" will receive their print within 1-2 working days (NA for all product)

Turn around lead time based on working days excluding, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays

Payment:

All payment are in Singapore dollars (S$) and inclusive of 7% GST

Payment modes are IBank Transfer or Paynow (refer here for payment info)

All payment must be made within 24 hours upon placing of order

Orders will be confirmed with an invoice after confirmation of payment
